Terms of service
These terms apply to the aiku application (app.aiku.io and the sites and services it powers). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
aiku is business software for running shops, warehouses, fulfilment and customer service. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are given to staff and partners by the business that uses aiku, and that business decides their access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, access data you are not authorised to see, interfere with the service or its security, or infringe the rights of others.
Your data
Data you put into the service remains yours. You allow it to be processed to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party account such as Google, Shopify or a marketplace, your use of it is also subject to that provider's terms. You can disconnect it at any time.
Open source
The aiku source code is available under the AGPL-3.0 licence. These terms cover use of the hosted service, not the licence of the code.
Use at your own risk
You use aiku entirely at your own risk. The service, its software and everything it produces (including orders, invoices, stock figures, prices, reports, messages, labels and calculations) are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them and for keeping your own backups.
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability whatsoever is accepted for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or connected with the use of, or inability to use, aiku or anything it does or fails to do, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including loss of profit, revenue, data, stock, goodwill or business, and whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum the law allows.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
